You’ve joined A.Team, now what?

We’re excited to welcome you to our global community of top builders. Our goal is to provide meaningful, high-paying work to the world's top engineering, product, design and marketing builders around the world. By connecting you on missions, we aim to deliver transformative outcomes for companies building next-generation products around the world.

To help you get started, we've created this guide to introduce you to the basics of A.Team, our values, and the logistics you need to know before starting your first mission. Let's get started!

Get started on the setup page

The setup page is your guide to, well, getting setup at A.Team. It will walk you through start to finish the key steps to joining the A.Team network.

Fill out your profile

A completed profile will help you stand out to companies, dazzle our team, and raise your chances of being selected for a mission. Complete all the steps at the top of the profile page to be able to submit for review. Get the lowdown on how to do it right.

Request a Profile Review

Once you’ve added all of the necessary information listed at the top of your profile and it’s in a good spot, submit your profile for review from the setup page. A member of our team will hand-review your profile, so it may take up to two weeks.

If we find we need more information, we may ask for specific details about your experience and past projects. If that’s the case, we’ll send you an email detailing exactly what we’re looking to see. After adding the requested information to your profile, you can resubmit it for review.

Schedule your Evaluation Call

After completing the profile review, our team will invite you to an evaluation call if they identify a potential fit. This is a one-time, mandatory next step for us to get to know you a little more and more effectively connect you to the right missions and companies. You can schedule the call from the setup page. Join the Network!

After you’ve passed the evaluation call, you’re ready to join the network and start applying to missions. Your profile will also be featured in client discovery, so clients searching for your skills and expertise can book a call with you directly.

Request to join a mission. You can start requesting to join any mission that seems like a great fit. We put together some tips on how to shine in your first request.

Meet the community. Get the lowdown on all of our builder communities, and how you can be a part of them, right here.

Bring your A.Team. We exist so highly-skilled builders like you can work on what they want, how they want, and with who they want. Choose your future teammates and collaborators, and get priority on missions by inviting your friends.

Join a welcome chat. This is an optional call where you’ll get a full set of tools to get started with A.Team, and time to ask questions. We host welcome chats every week, pick the date that works for you and RSVP using the link in your email or on the setup page.
