We understand that great teams are built by connecting great people, which is why we've taken that idea and turned it into a tangible product: Connections. By connecting with other builders, you're indicating a shared interest in working together and increasing your chances of being selected as a team for your next mission application.

Land More Missions with Connections

Connections is more than a networking tool; it's your path to more missions. Builders with a history of collaboration or mutual interest in working together are prioritized when building teams. By forming meaningful connections, you increase your chances of landing more missions.

Here’s how it works — when we're assembling a team for a new mission, our proprietary TeamGraph algorithm recommends the most relevant builders for each role. The algorithm prioritizes pairs or groups that share connections amongst each other. This ensures that the team has experience working together, or has shown an interest in working together in the future, resulting in a better experience for the whole team.

Get Started With Connections

Find Connections

Head to the Discovery tab where you’ll find a personalized set of potential collaborators. Connect with past colleagues or discover new ones that you'd like to work with on future missions. As your network grows, so do your opportunities.

Add Connections

You’re encouraged to connect with any builder that you’re interested in collaborating with on a future mission. To connect, visit that builder's profile and click “Connect” or click on “Connect” from the discovery tab.

Add Your Shared Work Experience

You’ll be asked to share any experience you have working together, if applicable. Including your past work experience helps our team to understand how you’ve collaborated in the past, and can increase your chances of being selected to work together with that connection in the future.

View and Accept Connection Requests

To view all of your active connection requests, click on the notification center. From there, you can either accept or decline the request. If you accept the request, the user will be added to your list of connections and you'll be able to collaborate with them on future missions. If you decline a connection request, the user who sent it won’t be notified.

See Your Connections

To see who you or another builder is connected to, or who they’ve worked with in the past, head to their profile and click on ‘View All’ above the connections panel.
