At A.Team, we foster a culture of showcasing our work, taking pride in our achievements, and acknowledging our team's hard work and success. Every other week, we hold a ‘Demo Day’ with the EPD team to share our progress and impact. Now, we're bringing Demo Day to you.
Each period when you submit your timesheet, we'll use AI to generate a summary of what you've accomplished based on your timesheet entries. Demo Day is an opportunity to display your impact to your managers and the wider team via a comprehensive summary of your weekly achievements. These biweekly updates foster stronger team relationships and give you the opportunity to show off what you’ve built and offer insight into your contributions.
How It Works
Step 1: Review Your AI-Generated Summary
At the end of each week we’ll translate your timesheet entries into an AI-generated summary of the work you’ve accomplished and the impact you’ve had. This summary, highlighting your primary accomplishments and progress, serves as a draft for you to review.
Step 2: Edit and Personalize
Your insights add depth to the summary. Feel free to modify it to better encapsulate your accomplishments, demonstrating what initiatives you had the most impact on during that period.
Step 3: Enrich with Multimedia (Optional)
Stand out by showing what you worked on with rich media content like walkthrough videos, screenshots, or product demos. Some ideas include:
- Loom videos: Walkthroughs or presentations of your work or challenges you overcame
- Screenshots: Visuals of the features you worked on.
- Figma or design files: Designs and drafts of upcoming features
