Growing the Network
Shape the future of A.Team by bringing talented friends and innovative clients into the community
Inviting Clients to A.Team
At A.Team, we believe in the power of community and the strength of our network. That's why we're excited to introduce the Builder Partner Program — a unique opportunity for you to leverage your connections and help shape the future of A.Team. By referring companies that align with our mission, you can play a pivotal role in our growth while earning compensation for successful referrals.
What is the Builder Partner Program?
The Builder Partner Program is designed to tap into the incredible value within our ecosystem. Our top-tier builders not only bring exceptional skills to the table but also possess a rich network of professional connections. This program empowers you to introduce potential clients to A.Team, helping us expand our reach while rewarding you for your contributions. When your referral leads to a successful partnership, you'll receive compensation that reflects the value you've brought to our community.
Ideal Client Profiles
We're on the lookout for companies that are building transformative products and pushing the boundaries of innovation. Here's how you can identify potential clients that would be a great fit for A.Team:
- Growth-Stage Companies: Companies that are scaling rapidly, with year-over-year increases in headcount and double-digit growth. These organizations often have fresh funding and are looking to expand their teams.
- Business Transformation: Companies that are transitioning or expanding into new business areas, such as adding new development or design roles, integrating AI-enabled products, or shifting from services to software.
- Startups: We’re particularly interested in VC-backed startups that have raised at least $2 million. These companies are in a crucial growth phase and are likely in need of expert talent to scale.
- Decision-Makers: Your primary contact should be a hiring manager or someone in a senior position within IT, Product, Design, Engineering, HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, or Procurement. These individuals are key to making hiring decisions and aligning with our services.
- Company Size and Industry: We work with companies of all sizes, from innovative startups to established enterprises, across a wide range of industries.
How the Qualification Process Works
To ensure that we’re connecting with the right companies, we’ve put in place a qualification process:
- Initial Review and evaluation: Once you refer a company, we'll review the referral through their LinkedIn profiles to assess their potential fit. We specifically look for decision-makers who have the authority to hire and are likely to benefit from our services.
- Alignment Check: We’ll ensure that the referred company aligns with A.Team’s focus areas and is a good match for our expertise.
- Outreach: If the referral meets our criteria, we will let you know and provide you with a template to facilitate the introduction so that you can proceed with outreach to the company.

Referring Builders
A.Team isn’t just built for builders, it’s built by builders. From our micro-communities, to our product, to our companies’ products — we’re creating it all hand-in-hand with you.
Building our network is no exception. A.Team exists so highly-skilled builders like you can work on what they want, how they want, and with who they want.
When you invite new people to the network, you’re choosing your future teammates and collaborators — and by connecting with them on A.Team, your profile gets prioritized. Builders who are connected to each other and show shared interest in missions usually get proposed for teams first.
For each talented friend you bring to A.Team, we reward you with the Build Token. Learn more about earning Build Token points for each builder you invite — and how you’ll be able to eventually redeem them — here.
