Getting Starred

Optimize your profile to get discovered and fast-tracked on missions

We're committed to connecting you directly with top companies to enable you to do the best work of your career. That’s why we've introduced Builder Discovery, a new feature that allows companies to easily search the A.Team network and find top builders for their current and future missions. If a company finds your skills and experience to be an ideal fit, they can save your profile, which gives you priority review on their team’s missions that you apply to.

Get Discovered

If your profile is fully filled out, then you’re eligible to be discovered by companies in the A.Team network. Take a look at your profile and make sure it’s complete and up-to-date to maximize your chances of being discovered. You can learn more about building a stellar profile here, as it’s one of the most important elements in standing out in discovery and on mission applications.

Get Starred

If a company stars you, we’ll notify you about any of their current missions you can join. If they don't have any now, we'll alert you when they post a new mission with a role relevant to you.

Get Selected

Being starred elevates your profile in the application process, allowing your application to be the first in line for review and increasing your chances of selection for that company’s missions.

Your application will receive priority review for missions from companies that starred you.

Opt Out of Company Discovery

If you prefer to fly under the radar, you can opt out easily:

1. Navigate to your profile.
2. Click on ‘Account Settings’.
3. Toggle off ‘Company Visibility’.

Your profile will no longer be visible to companies browsing the platform.
