How to make changes in your A.Team account and profile
Set up or edit your account
Email Address:
Your email won’t be public to other builders on A.Team. It’ll only be used for internal communication. To update your email, reach out to our support team here.
Notifications:
We send email notifications about new recommended missions, availability reminders, and marketing updates. To update your notification settings, or to pause or unsubscribe from all emails, open your notification preferences here — and adjust the toggles to suit your preferences.
Delete Account:
To permanently delete your A.Team account, reach out to our support team here.
Build your profile
Here are the basics for setting up your profile. For tips on how to build a stellar profile, visit this article.
Username:
Your username shows up in your profile’s URL. To change your username, reach out to our support team here.
First and Last Name:
To change your name, reach out to our support team here.
Location & Time Zone:
Your location and time zone should reflect where you are at the given moment. You can change your location and time zone directly from your profile by clicking ‘Edit’.
Working Hours on Time Zone:
Add which hours you’re open to working within your time zone. You can change your working hours directly from your profile by clicking ‘Edit’.
Availability:
Your availability should reflect whether or not you’re available for work, and how many hours per week you’re looking to work. To update your availability, go to your profile and click ‘Edit’.
Next, set your current availability status — Right Now, Not Available, or Future Date — and how many hours per week you’re open to working.
If you choose ‘Not Available’, decide if you’d like to keep getting recommend mission postings.

Profile Visibility:
A.Team builder profiles are not public outside of our network. They are only visible to other builders who are fully approved to the network, have a profile, and are logged into the platform. Your email will not be shown on your profile — it will only be used for internal communication.
